Welcome to the Greenville Ranch House! This private villa is perfectly set among the premiere vineyards in Livermore’s wine country. We offer luxury accommodations, including a heated pool (May - Sept), hot tub, sauna, fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

We utilize enhanced cleaning measures, leaving 24 hours between guests. We are happy to work with you to assist in planning your visit. All events and gatherings must be pre-approved by the Host.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

There will be a fee of $50 per person per night for groups of 10-12 guests. We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks.
